that your device's display will accurately reflect actual product
appearance. Slight variations in color, texture, or finish are
considered normal.

- Prices are subject to change without notice
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion
- In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel
affected orders, even after order confirmation

Order Acceptance
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to
accept or decline your order for any reason, including but not

- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Inability to verify shipping or billing information
A confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order.
We may cancel any order before shipment.

brokerage fees are the customer's responsibility
- These charges are not included in the order total or shipping cost
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance
6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are shipped from South Korea worldwide. Detailed shipping
information is provided in our Shipping Policy.
Shipping Timeline
- Order processing: Within 3 business days of order confirmation
- Estimated delivery: 7 to 14 business days from dispatch
- Tracking information will be provided upon dispatch
Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Maisonje is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs
processing, or events beyond our reasonable control.
International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide. International orders may be
subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival, which are
the responsibility of the customer.
7. RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return
Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please
review our policy before placing an order.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Our Content
All content on the Service — including text, graphics, logos,
images, photographs, designs, product names, and software — is the
property of Maisonje or its licensors and is protected by United
States and international copyright, trademark, and other
intellectual property laws.
Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable
license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial
purposes. You may NOT:
- Reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works
- Use any content for commercial purposes
- Use data mining, robots, scrapers, or similar tools
- Frame or mirror any portion of the Service
- Use any meta tags or hidden text containing our trademarks
User Content
By submitting content (reviews, photos, comments) to the Service,
you grant Maisonje a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual,
irrevocable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify,
adapt, publish, and display such content in connection with our
business.
You represent that any content you submit:
- Is your original work or you have rights to submit it
- Does not violate any third party's rights
- Is not unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or offensive
We reserve the right to remove any user content at our sole
discretion.

- Defects will be corrected
- The Service or servers are free of viruses or harmful components

OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR
ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE
DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE,
OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH:
- Your use of or inability to use the Service
- Any unauthorized access to your data
- Any conduct of third parties on the Service
- Any content obtained from the Service
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING
TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:
(A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR
(B) USD 100.
NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS LIABILITY FOR:

- Any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under
applicable law
This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by
applicable law in your jurisdiction.
12. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Maisonje and its
affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs,
and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third party's rights
- Your user content
13. TERMINATION
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately,
without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach
of these Terms.
Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Service ceases immediately
- We may delete your account and associated data
- Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect
(including Sections 8, 10, 11, 12, 14, and 15)
14. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California,
United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. The
United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale
of Goods does not apply.
Customers in other jurisdictions retain any non-waivable consumer
rights under their local laws.
Informal Resolution
Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us at
info@maisonjeofficial.com and attempt to resolve the dispute
informally for at least 30 days.
Binding Arbitration (US Customers)
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to
these Terms or the Service that is not resolved informally shall be
resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American
Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.
The arbitration shall be:
- Conducted in English
- Held in Los Angeles, California, or via video conference
- Decided by a single arbitrator
- Final and binding, with judgment enforceable in any court of
competent jurisdiction

Class Action Waiver (US Customers)
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AGREE TO RESOLVE
DISPUTES ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND WAIVE THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE
IN A CLASS ACTION, CLASS ARBITRATION, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.
This waiver does not apply where prohibited by applicable law.
30-Day Right to Opt Out of Arbitration
You may opt out of the arbitration agreement and class action waiver
by sending written notice to info@maisonjeofficial.com within 30
days of first accepting these Terms. Your notice must include your
name, address, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out.
Exception
Either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a
court of competent jurisdiction for intellectual property
infringement or unauthorized use of the Service.
International Customers
If you are a consumer outside the United States, the above
arbitration and class action waiver provisions may not apply to
you to the extent prohibited by your local consumer protection
laws. You may have the right to bring claims in your country of
residence under applicable law.
15. CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated"
date at the top indicates the most recent revision. Material
changes will be communicated via email or website notice.
Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance
of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using
the Service.
16. MISCELLANEOUS
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Return
Policy, and Shipping Policy, constitute the entire agreement
between you and Maisonje regarding the Service.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the
remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute
a waiver of that right or provision.
Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under
them. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform due to causes
beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war,
terrorism, riots, government actions, pandemics, labor disputes,
or carrier failures.
Notices
Notices to us must be sent to info@maisonjeofficial.com. We may
provide notices to you via email, the Site, or other reasonable
means.
Headings
Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect
interpretation.
No Third-Party Beneficiaries
These Terms do not create any third-party beneficiary rights.
